Damon Segal has been a major force in the design and marketing arena for 20 years. After receiving a solid grounding in graphic design and hard work while based in Hong Kong, Damon returned to the UK in 1990 to help run graphic design agency AGI.  For more than a decade Damon has focused his marketing skills on the internet.  Now one of the most experienced marketers in this area he has covered all areas from Search Engine Marketing to Social Media Optimisation.

He joined the Marketing Guild in 1993 and pointed his design skills to the commercial world. A bold move to web design and marketing in 1995, during the early days of the internet, saw Damon transform AGI into a full branding agency based in Pinner, north west London.

Damon now heads up the Emotio Design Group. The group provides marketing strategies backed up by sound business sense, and offers design for print and web and advanced database-driven website solutions. Damon’s passion for online marketing has led him to specialise in website marketing techniques such as search engine optimisation and pay per click advertising.

Damon has been networking professionally for over a decade and is a member of the Academy of Chief Executives. He sits on Global Marketing Network's Advisory Council, where he is involved with Anglia Ruskin University & BPP as the practitioner module advisor and part author for Global Marketing Practice MSc.  Recently Damon has joined the Business Superbrands Expert Council and in his spare time he is the Chairman of the Executive Association of Great Britian.

His clients have included Avanta Serviced Offices, Bestway, Clintons, the Global Leadership Foundation headed by FW de Clerk, Legal & General IM and City Credit Capital. Having worked for businesses ranging from luxury retail and toys to celebrity and financial sectors, Damon has a variety of approaches to solve all marketing hurdles.

Damon now provides both consultancy and delivery of marketing solutions to both large and small businesses across a broad base of commerce and industry. He is currently writing his first book, A Complete Guide to Online Success, which will be available mid of 2009.
